* My patient was a 19 year old male by the name of B. Upon assessing him I made sure I had a friendly approach to ensure him he was safe. I obtained permission to do the assessment as well as provide privacy and comfort as he was very shy/modest. I did the assessment in a head to toe sequence, as I would an adult.
