There are many ways that religion impacted the rivalry, as well as the development of colonies, and differentiation in the colonies. To start off, religion impacted the rivalry because, As there are three different European nations going for colonies, Spain and France were Catholic in the big picture, and great Britain was a nation with more protestants. Additionally, this differentiation caused and contributed to the conflict and rivalry between colonies in the new country. Resulting with Great Britain having the least amount of land between the three nations. Even though they didn’t have as much land, they were densely populated where they claimed land. Another also people who come there to interpret without any consequences there too.
