This quote fits well with this story of love, loyalty, and bravery. Rikki Tikki Tavi is loyal to his family and does anything to save them. Nagaina is similar in the way she cares for her family. Loyalty and courage are the main subjects of this story and they are expressed throughout the whole of this story.

The theme of the fictional story Rikki-tikki-tavi , by Rudyard Kipling is , if you have the courage to help and love someone , they will stay loyal to you.

In addition,Rikki Tikki is selfless because he is determined to keep Teddy from harm against Karait. (para 32 33) The evidence shows that, Rikki Tikki is selfless by putting himself in great danger without fear as long as it means saving Teddy.
