I want to discuss on two major elements of this assessment, inclusion and control. My wanted score for inclusion is high about 8 and I think the direct attribute of this is because of my upbringing. I was only daughter and my parents were first graduates from their respective family and brought me up with seed of thought to get recognized, have a sense of belonging and participation in my life. My parents always made me realize they had tough life but I was given all opportunities to excel and I worked with full zeal and passion.
