Throughout this semester of health class I have developed healthy habits which I hope to continue for the rest of my life. To start off, a key part in anyone’s health is their behavior health. My behavior health this year is a mix of strengths and weaknesses. To begin, I am a very positive person when it comes to my behavior, and I always tend to see the glass as half full. Also, I seem to emerge as a leader whenever I am presented with an opportunity to lead. More often than not I find myself in charge of a group. However my behavioral health isn’t perfect, and has some issues I need to work on. One thing I need to work on is my temper; I have a very bad anger problem whenever something sets me off. My intellectual health I feel is above average than my peers. To begin with, I am always trying to keep my brain busy. It is very hard for me to not be doing anything, I always have to be thinking about something. Another key aspect of my intellectual health is that I always keep myself thinking. I love to research things on my own just for the fun of it, I'm always interested in researching things that I love learning about. The downfalls of my intellectual health include the fact that I do not read many books. It's not that I don't read at all, I just prefer to read articles online and not novels. Also, a big part of my intellectual health I need to work on is my frustration I work up when I am confused.
