A group of foreign people sailing in the breezy winds of the ocean. Searching for a land to start a new civilization find an island to settle. Right next to their town there is one of the few English Forts thats blocking the Indian Trail. Not knowing what dangers are hidden behind, these foreigners believe they can live all by themselves in an unknown island.
Are these foreigners going to survive in this unknown island or ….. Are they going to die?

Soon the water in the creeks and rivers started becoming brackish. Due to the water levels that rose at night and filled the fresh water resources (wells and rivers) with salt water. Later on, there was rarely any fresh water sources to rely on. Jamestown people really did not have any common sense. They dumped human waste into the water they drank and bathed in. In the winter years of 1609 to 1610, known as the Jamestown peoples’ “starving time” was one of the hard times. Since there was no salmon in the winters, growing crops was their only option for food. Due to a lot of rainfall, the tides were overflowed and the crops were ruined. Growing crops, again, was hard and it took more time in the winters. Meanwhile, people started dying due to starvation. At this time, their relations with the Powhatans might of been affected. Having fresh water for both groups might of been a problem and both the groups would have fought together to get the fresh water. The Jamestown people needed food and the Powhatans had food.
