President Kennedy’s Inaugural Address speech uses both persuasive language and rhetorical strategies to convey a message that the United States of America will not live in fear of the Soviet Union during the Cold War. For example, allusions to Abraham Lincoln remind the world that The U.S. will not hold any prejudices against other world nations under the authority of JFK.
