Written by Johannes Brahms, Symphony No 1 is a symphony written in C minor. A particular symphony lasted for 45-50 minutes. The symphony comprises of two oboes, cellos, two flutes, two clarinets, contrabassoon, two bassoons, four horns three trombones, two trumpets, timpani, violin solo, first and second violins, violas, and double basses. The composer himself declared that it took him about 20 years to complete his work.
