In the book Night, by Elie Wiesel, The theme a loss of innocence is shown from an excerpt during his first night in a concentration camp. Ellie was very innocent until the last summer that during his first night in concentration camp. Elie says, “Never shall I forget those moments which...turned my dreams to dust.”(Wiesel 32).
