On or about Thursday, October 8, 2015 at 0955 your AFFIANT was sitting stationairy in a marked West Mahanoy Township Police cruiser on State Route 924 (SR924) the Brandonville Highway observing traffic traveling North and South directions. Your AFFIANT observed a silver in color Chevrolet Impala traveling North on SR924. Your AFFIANT identified the operator of the vehicle to be Jasmine MERCADO. Your AFFIANT has knowledge that MERCADO has a suspended drivers license. Your AFFIANT proceded to exit from where your AFFIANT was parked and follow the Impala. Your conducted a vehicle stop on SR924 just before the Brandonville on the Impala bearing Pennsylvania registration JXL8032.

Your AFFIANT instructed and demonstrated a variety of feild sobriety tests for MERCADO. MERCADO attempted the tests and unsuccesfully completed them. Your AFFIANT asked MERCADO if she was being honest and did'nt use any other drugs. MERCADO stated "Just the vicodin." Your AFFAINT asked MERCADO if she has used heroin recently and if so when was the last time. MERCADO stated "No, the last time I used heroin was about Two weeks ago." Your AFFIANT asked MERCADO if she is sure she all she took was Two vicodins. MERCADO stated "Just Two vicodins."

Your AFFIANT asked MERCADO again when was the last time she took the vicodin. MERCADO stated "She took One at Four in the moring today and One at Nine in the morning today." This times were different from what MERCADO originally stated. Your AFFIANT advised MERCADO she changed her times and told her she needs to be honest with me. MERCADO stated "Ok, I took Two at Four in the morning and Two at Nine in the morning". Your AFFIANT if the times she was referring to were today. MERCADO stated "Yes".
