Melissa Teregan of Mackinaw Administrators Insurance Company referred this file for medical case management. Instructions were given to meet with Vincent Mossman and assist with coordination of appropriate and related medical care, and identify needs to facilitate recovery.

INTERVIEW SETTING

Upon receipt of this file, I contacted Ms. Teregan. She agreed that my initial meeting with Mr. Mossman could be at the office of Dr. Drayer for the first postoperative appointment. I contacted Mr. Mossman on 11/21/17 and confirmed he was doing as well as expected after surgery on 11/20/17. On 12/8/17 I met Mr. Mossman at the office of Dr. Drayer. Mr. Mossman drove to the appointment alone, he was alert and oriented. Mr. Mossman was willing to provide his …show more content…
