Team Ground Rules and Guidelines what are the general expectations for all members of the team? Cynthia: Be respectful and helpful, act like adults at all times and communicate and ask for help if you need it BEFORE the due date.

Robert: Respect and professionalism are of the utmost importance. Please notify team mates if help is needed and adhere to the schedule arranged by the team. James: everyone contribute to the overall product.

Expectations for Time Management and Involvement
(Participation, communication with the team, accessibility, etc.) Cynthia: Participate, ask questions, and be available to help out when needed. Be accessible. Start early so you are not overwhelmed by due date.

Robert: It is important for each member to participate on a weekly basis and give their input accordingly. Time schedules can be hectic and impossible to coordinate so speak up if any of the time frames are conflicting.
James: everyone should openly participate via open communication and make themselves somewhat accessible when possible.

Ensuring Fair and Even Contribution and Collaboration
What strategy will you use to ensure that all team members are contributing and collaborating appropriately? Describe the communication strategy you will use if a team member is not contributing and collaborating effectively. How will the team manage conflicts between team members? Cynthia: Act like adults at all times if a problem comes up, get your portion in on time, work together and if a team member has a problem let us know and if you do not participate you won’t get credit for the week or your name will be left off the paper for that week, and it’s the professors discretion to give you that credit.
