Smart Devices Negative Effects on Mental Health A team of researchers in the UK surveyed internet users and found, “ 53% of whom said social media had changed their behavior; 51% said it was negative behavior because of decline in confidence.” Studies like this show technology can have negative effects on the way people think, overall hindering their life.
