Mildred and society

Society can change a person’s positively or negatively. In the novel, Fahrenheit 451 Ray Bradbury, Mildred is the wife of the main character, guy Montag. Society has made Mildred self-centered, robotic, and unfeeling. First, Mildred is selfish. She betrays her husband and flees their marriage while mourning the loss of her TV family.
