The National Honor Society has four pillars, character, scholarship, leadership, and service. However, the pillar that most exemplifies me is character. The reason I believe character most exemplifies me is because I have integrity and perseverance. Character has set the foundation for who I am as a student and a person. From a young age, my parents and teachers taught me the importance of honesty, respect and empathy.
