Introduction: Neil Armstrong was a man who was the first person to land on the moon, and he never wanted to be an astronaut. He was a great critical thinker because he was the first man on the moon when no one believed that a human could walk on the moon. When he was a child, Neil wanted to be a pilot since the Wright Brothers inspired him. As a young man, Neil was known to be nice. A famous quote be Neil Armstrong was, “That’s one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind.” This was what Neil said when he stepped onto the moon.
Early Life: Neil was born in Wapakoneta, Ohio, on August 5, 1930. Throughout his childhood, Neil was always moving. He ended up living in 20 different homes until settling back in the house he was born in again.
