There’s this story called the odyssey where two men got eaten by a cyclops because this leader named Odysseus made a mistake on going into this cave. Then got trapped in the cave by a giant rock that only the cyclops could remove .That aside there is this leadership award for Odysseus. I feel that he should get this reward because he is creative, he is confident, and knows he makes mistakes. There are many ways to be creative and Odysseus achieved that. He was very creative when he found a way for the cyclops to drink the wine more and more so soon enough he got drunk and fell over .Like it says on page 380 line 78”even as he spoke, he reeled and tumbled backward”. This means he was so drunk that the cyclops could not control his mountain size body. Then before the cyclops fell the cyclops asked Odysseus what is your name and he said it was nobhdy also tricking the cyclops. This is also on page 380 line 274 “my name is nobhbdy:mother,father, and friends everyone calls me nobhdy”.This is connected to his creativity because Odysseus knew he was going to do something so big that the cyclopes would try to tell people Odysseus name which is nobhdy to the cyclops. …show more content…
For example he stabbed the cyclops eye out and then by the end when he wanted to make an awesome exit which was stupid .Odysseus told the cyclops his real name and where to come and get him.As it states in the article from Odysseus “Odysseus raider of the cities”. This is basically putting a big sign up saying Odysseus is this way come kill me. That is one of the major stupid things Odysseus did while leading that was at the end though when they were leaving so maybe he has a plan to kill the cyclops knowing that the cyclops will come and get him in the raider of the
