On June 12, 1994, a double murder took place at Nicole Brown Simpson’s Brentwood home. O.J. Simpson’s ex-wife and her friend, Ronald Goldman, were left dead outside the home with brutal stab wounds. The Los Angeles Police Department questioned O.J. Simpson about the incident. He was acting strange, which caused these authorities to believe that he was guilty of the crime. The LAPD got a warrant for his arrest. To avoid media attention, Robert Shapiro, O.J. Simpson’s attorney, made an agreement with the LAPD for Simpson to turn himself in on June 17. However, Simpson didn’t turn himself in when he was supposed to. When the LAPD went to his home to arrest him, they only found a suicide note from Simpson. Hours later, a motorist reported Simpson’s whereabouts, who was in Al Cowlings’, Simpson’s friends, white bronco. A slow police chase occurred before O.J Simpson was arrested.
