This is an interesting, thrilling, and suspenseful novel written by Rick Riordian. This book covers everything from gods, to all sorts of mythological Greek creatures. This is mostly the story of a boy named Percy Jackson who has been framed for a crime he hasn't committed, the theft of Zeus's most prized possession, his lightning bolt. And the journey he and his companions Embarq on to repair the damage that has been done before Zeus enacts his revenge on the entire planet.

In this story we follow Percy Jackson and his companions as they travel across the country and fight many enemies. They will make mistakes and come within a second of death but drive right through all of the horror of world destruction. And if our hero’s should fail the world is at stake. Percy has one shot to stop Zeus can he do what is needed to stop him or will our hero fail and become the cause of world destruction?

Overall Assessment; Honestly I loved this book every minute of reading it had me enthralled and I never wanted to put down the book. I believe that this book was better than any other in the series of books, and the best book that Rick Riordian has written to this day it would be the number one book I recommend for any one that is interested in Greek mythology or fantasy in general to
