A personal accomplishment of mine has been moving and attending college. Neither of my parents went to college, or helped me apply. I had to rely on my grandmother and my high school.

I consider getting into and attending college a personal achievement because I had to work academically, physically, and mentally. I worked over the summer to raise money for when I moved , and since then I have worked on campus to sustain myself financially.

The strengths I've to get here are perseverance, the ability to ask for help, trusting others, and honesty. I used perseverance to make it through stressful assignments and applications. The ability to ask for help and trusting in others has aided me with my many questions as a freshman to the world
