I am writing a personal diet analysis on myself for a period of three day, the dates were from 11/5 to 11/07/15. I am a 31 year-old female, 61 inches, weighting 138 pounds with 32% fat and BMI 26.0, and waist circumference is 34 inches. My body weight range is overweight and it does not fit in the healthy weight range of 18.5-25.0. Everyday physical activities are considered sedentary because I only go the gym one day at the week and most of the time I spent my time sitting down at work and school, but what I do at work I take the stairs instead the elevators. My personal goals are to lose weight, reduced waist circumference and body fat, BMI and be more physical active. In order to accomplished these goals I need to eat well balance diet that
