-Advance Care Support - I acted as in charge and taken ownership of Workflow Services to discuss about ISR open issues with operations team by providing them root cause analysis. In addition, I assisted Operations team to make decisions on open issues either to deliver the fixes with existing project or as upcoming projects.

-WF34866 - -UJ07D was keep on failing almost everyday due to ambiguous production issue and was a showstopper. I collaborated with Advance Care management to initiate Lights-On project to address the issue, and made an immediate fix and resolved.
