Issues with Genetic Mutations and Alterations People shouldn’t change their genes to get the traits they want. Genetic engineering can be extremely dangerous and has a countless amount of risks. In this day in age, doctors have the technology to implement many procedures. For instance, doctors have the technology to change eye color, hair color, skin color, and other traits. Doctors and scientists can now treat almost anything, but this may come with numerous amounts of risks. A few people may agree with this new method of evolution, but several people don’t agree due to how unsafe it can be. When someone decides to design their preferred traits, they have a risk of many diseases and unwanted health conditions.
