On June 3, 2016 I had the honor of interviewing a dear friend of mine, Mark Marshall, in regards to his life story. Mark is 77 years old so I had to ask him questions as far back as he can remember until the present time. I met Mark in a Veterans Affair nursing home, where I use to volunteer. In addition to his phenomenal life story, I explained the stages of Erik Erikson’s stages of psychosocial development. For Mark, I explained the reason for the interview and explained that the questions would be related to Erikson’s theory. Before the interview began I asked Mark what he would like to be his stage name. He responded to Chewbacca.
