Community:
Carrol County is a rural county composed of approximately 30,000 individuals. The largest in employer in Carroll County is the school system. Other notable industries are textiles and agriculture. There are five magisterial districts within the county and one “at-large” supervisor position for the county board. Education, in my opinion, is not viewed as important to most within our aging community.
