“Breeeeeeeet… Breeeeeeet… Recess.” Coach called out to a sea of 3rd graders as he blew his whistle. We had gotten luck I thought to myself, they gave use recess. Then, like a hurricane, 3rd graders fled to their recess spots trampling everything in there path. Everybody would drift to an area and stay there for recess all year, but if you were an outcast like me you kind of stayed wherever. Whenever I come to the green playground, I walk around the outside like it was a balance beam from when I had taken gymnastics when I was younger. I was as happy as I could be thinking about how I would soon be going to soccer practice. Soccer was my excitement and fun. I had just started playing goalie which made soccer even more fun. I get to be daring and take risks. My dream was to be an Olympic gold medalist in soccer and a FIFA World Cup Champion. I never knew that so many people would try to stop me from that dream, even from the 3rd grade.

The memory of this scene filled my brain for the rest of the day. I finally get home a suit up for soccer. As my mom drive up to Kingston Elementary for soccer practice, all of my confidence has been drained, I hope that this helps. As we pull up to the field and start warmups, my thoughts shifted.
