In this activity, my biggest strengths were my clinical knowledge, communicating effectively and my quick adaptability skill to new tasks. It was the task where I had to apply my clinical skill knowledge that I gained throughout my pharmacy school and I was able to apply that by finding any discrepancies and solving it. When I talk to patients, I am able to talk with them effectively and therefore patient was able to share all the problems they had been facing with medications which is very important to know in order to find that patient is taking all medication as directed by a doctor.
