To Whomever This May Concern,
As a soon to be former employee of the LaVida Massage in Brighton, I am writing to let you know that there are some problems going on at this location that do not seem to be managed by the management over there. Below I have stated some of my many concerns and reasons why I have chosen to leave.
In the year that I worked at LaVida, as a receptionist, I had enjoyed it, but tried to shrug off any problems I was having because an issue that was brought to the owner Vicki Wyatt in the past were never handled like they should have been. Due to this concerns never being address the environment became hostile and unfriendly to work in. I also know that there are also other staff members there that share the same concerns but due not want to say anything due to either getting fired, or the issue not being addressed.

The majority of these complaints tend to be about the unfriendly receptionist, Annalee Buschbacher. As one of our clients posted online, “The massage was great. However the desk service woman was absolutely awful and very rude. I was incredibly disappointed.” This is not the first time I have heard comment like this about Annalee. There never seems to be any warnings given or any adjustments in her attitude. On top of being rude to clients she is rude and belittles other employees including me. I have brought this to Vicki’s attention and her response was, “well she is they lead sales associate.” Like her having more seniority qualifies her to belittle people and just be mean to everyone. I have multiple clients tell me that she needs to go or they will, yet she is still here. She makes working at LaVida a hostile and unfriendly environment for coworkers AND
