I was skimming through the chapters trying to choose an earthquake to describe from our chapters, when I came across the attention grabbing title Turkey, 1999: Serial Earthquakes. I had to stop and read the section in its entirety because in my head I was imaging the scenario of earthquakes being actual serial killers like Ted Bundy or john Wayne Gacy. Yeah, it got dark fast, but with titles like that what else is a girl supposed to do?
