Cesar Chavez and Martin Luther King Jr are examples of leaders in then racial movement. They fought for better wages, desegragation, and unequal education. When Cesar Chavez fought for better wages in the fields he also fought for better working conditions. Most hispanics work in the fields while most whites work in offices. Hispanics or mexicans have to work in the sun all day while only earn a little bit the hour.
