Arguments are a given when you start living out your life, they are unavoidable. A great deal of the time, they are unnecessary and could have been avoided. Many people ask, “What is a good way to resolve a conflict?”, most, are unable to answer. Though, quite a lot of conflicts can be solved with something as easy as a face-to-face, or a heart-to-heart per say.
Conflicts involve a lot of emotion, and are usually started when someone does something you disagree with, or rather a misunderstanding, there are a number of ways that a conflict could arise. These emotions that bundle up while you are in a dispute with someone are not very healthy to allow to hang around. A nice solution, a simple face-to-face. Having a face-to-face with a person you aren’t very keen with at the moment is a perfect solution for resolving the problem. A face-to-face allows both of the people to get out all these bundled up emotions, with the help of their tone and body language, anyone can get through to another, just enough to solve the problem.

The girls were involved in trust exercises and much more, but the most powerful thing thing they did was talk to each other, face-to-face (with a medium, of course). They shared welling up emotions, heart throbbing truths and came to acknowledge each other’s differences. With tone, and body language, they fired off their own kind of shots, not in the battle field, but rather in the heart. Most can not deal with a face-to-face on the other hand, like these girls, a medium was involved to help prevent the possibility of an actual fight. Though a face-to-face will not do for some, it is at least good to try
