Our Super 8 motels in Rainsville, Alabama is in great need of changes to the housekeeping department. The Super 8 motels do not offer appropriate training for existing or newly hired employees. We do not have a dedicated training program that resolves issues with the confusion. Super 8 is currently losing an employee because there is no training program in place. Implementing a classroom training, it allows our employees to be more knowledgeable, less stress and loyal to the customers. This training program will also decrease the amount of incorrect information given to the employees. We need a classroom training program to share all the correct information to our great staff. With this classroom training in place, it will ensure our long-time employee know the rights from wrong in the rooms. This classroom training will ensure happy customers.

This motel had 60 rooms. They continued to grow through many states. Rainsville, Alabama happened to be one of this towns and seen Super 8 motel raise up. For many years the motel industry has been around, and Super 8 has been part of it. This motel must clear up the confusion with staff in cause a turnaround in the motel industry. The company has been slipping over the last few months. The revenue has fallen because of we lose our customers because they are unhappy with their rooms. The revenue has dropped over 50% in the last three months due to the confusion in the housekeeping staff. When having 60 rooms and only renting out 30 rooms that are a lot of lost money. The dollar amount lost is $2,250 a week.We have lost staff members in great numbers because of this confusion. In one month, we went through 15 housekeepers.
