The overall purpose of the school is to better the life of its pupils by offering guidance and teaching as well as encouragement. I reviewed the reward policy under the guidance of headteacher, bringing in SPOT. This prize system drives pupils to try harder in school and be better behaved because they know all the positive things they do are being recognised and rewarded. I also implemented the stamps system and reviewed the point sanctions as a way of encouraging good behaviour. I like to remind pupils of rewards and sanctions when It comes to verbal/ physical harassment regarding sex, gender, race, disability, and special needs to try and teach them that every human is equal.

I am a keen follower of the school’s behaviour management system and the school’s pastoral care
