Through several steps, we developed our project, which required us to develop a process to complete our project and to act in various roles on our team. The project that my group did was offered. Our first project was to have free haircuts and hairdos for the community. Then, this project was offered to us, and we all as a group decided that we would do that project as well. We created our process in several steps. We had to decide how we were going to support our materials and labor cost money wise. Then we had to build our blessing box and paint it. Lastly we had to fill our blessing box with cans and make a sign for it. We really did not have roles on our team, so everyone in my team just did a little bit of everything. My experience with the team was a rollercoaster. One challenge that we faced was being a team altogether because in the beginning when we found out who our team members were we immediately wanted to change our groups. Another challenge that we face were getting the task done by the deadlines. Eventually we got over who our team members were, and we got everything complete by the deadline. I learned from my mentor that you need to consider every possibly when coming up with ideas. I learned from my advisor that you need to get your task doe by the deadline or you will be behind. The most difficult part was getting the project done in general because I felt like everything was getting thrown at us left and right.
