Teenagers Should Get More Sleep Analysis

Pulling an all nighter just to finish a project is no fun. But, lots of teens do it these days. Parents can learn just why their teens do this. Parents will also learn how to help prevent this. And, as a bonus, teens can find out how they can get themselves a good rest. It’s hard, but it can be done. Teenagers need their sleep. In the article Sleep Deprived it goes on about how students have to balance out having a school life and a social life while still fitting homework in there. In the article it states, “In fact, multiple studies have shown that the vast majority of teens today are living with borderline to severe sleep deprivation.” (paragraph 2). In another article called, How to help Teens Get More Sleep, it states, “In fact only about 8 percent of American teenagers get the sleep they need,” …show more content…
Parents can learn good ways to get their teens some z’s. Parents can also learn how to prevent them from becoming like this again. And, teens can find out how to help get a good rest.
