Andrew Jackson was known for being an enormous activist for the completely unnecessary removal of the Native Americans from their homeland. The ignorant president at the time didn’t care what happened with the Natives, all he cared about was meeting the demands from the Americans. This was a completely selfish and naïve act to do because not only were the Native Americans torn and dragged from the land that was home for numerous years, but they were forced to walk over a thousand miles to their new homes by force. This Removal Act caused so much pain to the Civilized Tribes and Jackson seemed to turn the other way when he ordered the military to transfer the Natives just about across the nation.

This whole crime started in May of 1830, President
