It embodies several subjects that include sociology, communication, psychology, and management. The first purpose is to review and report on the ever-increasing study in criminal justice structure behavior areas within the workforce. It is imperative to know the forces of modification and approaches to managing organizational change in criminal justice agency, together with distinguishing noticeable aspects of organizational cultures. there is an in depth relationship between the organizational behavior and organizational systems. organizational behavior is the effects of change inside the organizational system. For example; if the organization as a whole isn’t stable in their training, social skills and ethics this may have an effect on the organizational system as a whole. The increasing amounts of minorities within the criminal justice agencies and diligence. Leadership within the criminal justice system is predicated upon developing healthy relationships inside their organization. The direction is established by their core values, their high character, and work ethics; these characteristics can develop trust among the group and have people that voluntarily follow (Peak, 2012). The criminal justice system is continually ever-changing and with the constant change the goal is often for the most effective. once changes occur in a criminal justice agency, it is because society has broken a rule, or accident or death has occurred. as an example, the Arizona Department of Corrections Officer who accidently opened the incorrect cell door and released an inmate who was not scheduled to get out did and as a result injured a correctional officer. The error prompted an immediate change to eliminate this accident from happening again in the future (Robbins & judge, 2013). There is a well-funded and influential association that fights everyone against their goals to get their changes passed.
