Each year millions of Americans voulenteer and donate money on their own free will. The sence of pride and acomplishment one gets from volenteering would no longer be provided if it was an obligation. National services could include working at libraries, parks, and hospitals; all important parts of the community. Forcing citizens to service these place could cause a decrese in the wellness of the establishments.
