The Titanic was said to be unsinkable, but on the night of April 14, 1912 they were proven wrong. in Belfast, Ireland in 1909, the Harley an in Belfast, Ireland in 1909, the Harland & Wolff Company started to build the luxurious Titanic. It took about three years to build the gigantic ship. It held 3 million rivets in its hull, And it took 3000 men to build it. During construction, eight of the workers died, and nearly 250 were injured. After the making of the Titanic was finally done in 1911, it took off on its maiden voyage. All was well for everyone on the ship, until it struck the iceberg at 11:40 PM on the night of April 14.
