Tone In Ray Bradbury's Something Wicked This Way Comes

A couple of tones that can be found in “Something Wicked This Way Comes” that pertain to Jim Nightshade are serious and scared. We can see when the tone is serious when he asks “Mom, can you remember dad’s face?”(Bradbury 40) , “Hell William, hell, even I don’t believe what’s happened to us this weekend” (125), and “Will I’m sorry, let’s get out of here.
