Describe the rules of Trampolining that have been selected in the table below (P4).

Give an example to help assess the rule for the merit. Use an example of the rule being broken to state why it is important to have that rule in place (M2B).

Starting a routine

When starting a routine the rule states that you must start at the signal given by the judges.
Waiting more than a minute to start your first skill.

Interruption of a routine

A routine is interrupted when gymnast performs an intermediate (straight) jump or does not land with both feet.
When you perform a straight jump.

Medical provision

This regulation states that anyone requiring First Aid assistance should speak to the Organiser, though all coaches should tend to have them.
An example of not following the regulation here is by not asking for first aid assistance as this can affect their performance.

The trampoline

This regulation states that the Eurotramp Ultimate should be 4x4 metres.
An example of not following the regulation here is by using a trampoline that it is bigger or smaller than 4x4 metres.
