What did Christopher Columbus do for America and its people? What percentage of America did Christopher Columbus affect in a bad way and think, were the deaths of some early Americans worth it to make that unsophisticated land one of the futures most powerful nations in the world? Christopher Columbus was clearly a hero, he found America, fought for it and traveled across the sea and did what had to be done to claim and create a separate nation for his country.
One reason Columbus is a hero is that he discovered America. America is now one of the most powerful and successful nations in the world and it all started with Christopher Columbus when he established it as Spain’s land and people began settling there and it began to become a nation.
