The civil rights movement has happened over a period of time. The eventful Little Rock Nine played an integral role in the Civil Rights Movement, which created a world-renowed adolescent heroes and Sheroes throughout the Nation

During the Little Rock Nine event many unfair laws were challenged. For example, according to www.arkansas.com/attractions/central-high/ the text states “In 1954, the Supreme Court's Brown v. Board of Education of Topeka decision officially declared segregation in public schools as unconstitutional.” When this happened most of the kids, black and white stayed in their own school where they had previously been attending. I believe that this was their reasoning because the backlash from the opposite race would be catastrophic.
