ATTENTION!ATTENTION! Case solved! Julius Caesar was murdered on March 15, 44BC. Investigators have come to the conclusion of who assassinated Julius. The people who were responsible for the assassination of Julius Caesar are Brutus, Cassius, and the senate. Brutus and Cassius planned the assassination but got some of the senate to go along with it too. To start with, Brutus was one of the individuals involved in Julius Caesar’s homicide. Brutus persuaded Julius not to listen to his wife and still go to the Senate house because he along with others had the assassination planned. Caesar’s wife had vision in her dreams and didn't want him to go. In the interview Caesar’s servant places Brutus at the senate house on the day of Caesar’s murder. Why would Brutus just be at the senate house at the same time as Caesar and persuade him to go if he didn't have anything planned? Caesar’s servant also says that Brutus was involved in the struggle of attempting to calm Caesar that resulted in his death(exhibit C); Brutus says it was only self defense(exhibit D). This could explain how Brutus and Cassius planned this together. As explained in exhibit A, Cassius was envious Julius Caesar's power. This may be an example of why Cassius wanted Caesar dead. Like Caesar's servant said about Brutus, Cassius was involved in the struggle to calm Caesar that resulted in his death; but Cassius claims that he did murder him but only in self defense.
