Why Did Macbeth Kill The King

I don’t believe that Macbeth would have killed the king if his wife would have not said anything about him being a coward and not being able to follow through with the plan. He would have just not of done it and left it alone. After thinking about for a while he almost didn’t do it but after the things his wife said made him change his mind. His wife wanted him to kill the king more than Macbeth actually wanted to do it. In the eyes of his wife if Macbeth didn’t go through with plan he was not considered a true man and could never do anything thing in his life. During act 1 he was thinking about not doing it till his wife said something that hit his manhood. Macbeth was very loyal to King Duncan and everyone else. He never wanted to hurt anyone
