What is it that women desire most above all? Represented in the tales which each character tells in The Canterbury Tales, women want three things in life. First off, women have a longing for sovereignty, in which they have equal power in their relationship and what lies ahead for the pair. Secondly, women desire a strong, courageous, and attractive man who is not a coward of even the most terrifying beasts. Lastly, women have a yearning for a connection and passionate chemistry in their relationship, in which their lust will be everlasting.
