In my volunteer role as the President of PANDSI I lead and manage a Board of 10 diverse members to comply with the regulations of the ACT Associations Incorporation Act 1991. My strong people management skills have ensured I have cultivated the Board into a highly functioning, collaborative and supportive team. I oversee the service delivery and performance, financial management, strategic planning, policies and procedures, staff and risk management. I chair Board meetings, propose policies and practices, monitor the performance of the Directors and Officers and undertake stakeholder engagement. I ensure PANDSI maintains positive and productive relationships with media, funders, donors and other stakeholders. The funder’s confidence in PANDSI, and ultimately my ability as President is evidenced by the ongoing funding provided to PANDSI through the ACT Government to deliver the service effectively and efficiently for the benefit of members of the ACT community. To communicate and engage with Ministers, Senior Leaders and executives across the ACT Government and private sector stakeholders I have developed a range of mechanisms,
