Have you ever read a piece of work or writing that put s life into pages? John Knowles, wrote the story “A Separate Peace” with its setting of an all-boys school in New Hampshire. Gene Forrester an intelligent, young adolescent that experiences a great variety of tribulations throughout the story, however he is the story’s narrator also. “A Separate Peace” illustrates a perspective of a group of boys lives told by Gene Forrester a main character, which establishes themes of immature jealousy, growing with age, lastly finding his peace once he returns back to the school years later.
