Which liquid dissolves alka seltzer the fastest?

II. Background research summary:
Lemon juice is an acid that can dissolve things. It was also known that alka seltzer is a medicine that dissolves.

III. Abstract:
With my project i hypothesized that lemon juice would dissolve the alka seltzer the fastest, my hypothesis was correct.

IV. Hypothesis:
Its hypothesised that the lemon juice will dissolve alka seltzer the fastest.

V. Materials:
Beakers
Lemon juice
Phone (timer)
Water
20 alka seltzer tabs.

VI. Variables:
Independent variable: The type of liquid.

B. Dependant variable: The amount of time it took to dissolve the alka seltzer

In conclusion, the liquid that dissolved the alka seltzer that fastest was water. The hypothesis for this experiment, was supported by the data that was collected. The average amount of time over the two trial experiment for the water beat the Minute-Maid Apple Juice by 21.5 seconds and the Sprite by 22 seconds.
