Mr. Atticus Finch of Maycomb, Alabama sadly passed away on November 16, 1936. Atticus Finch was known to be a fair and generous man. Once his death came he passed peacefully in his home surrounded by the most important people in his life. It was just months after the most instance trial of Mr. Finch career and definitely the most interesting events that has happened in Maycomb. The trail was between a white men with no credibly and a black man, Atticus Finch put up a great and honorable fight in court for what he truly believed in. That trail was known to been a baby step into changing how Maycomb deals with racism case, even though the verdict did not go in Tom Robinson favor; the black man accused of raping Mayella Ewell but the jury took …show more content…
Atticus is part of the finch family which stands to be a good name in Maycomb. He has two siblings that consist of one brother and one sister and his brother is a doctor and his sister is married and has children. Was very proud with her family background she tried to instill in her niece and nephew. Even during the time that the people of Maycomb were struggle they weren't as poor as others. At the moment of attic that his sister was living with him temporarily because she wanted to help raise is too young children. Atticus was also known for being an outstanding father his children speak very highly of him and so did Calpurnia who would help out with Scout and Jem as her job she has much fond memories of Atticus Finch and his children. Jem, his only son and oldest child was just fifteen being to grow and act like his father. Scout, his youngest child and the only girl was just eleven and is still has a young mindset but was known to be the smartest in her class do to Atticus teaching her how to read. Overall the kids had an extremely strong bound with their father and their world will be so different without him. Atticus being gone will change others’ lives
